Is there a file size limit?
Currently, we support files up to 50MB for most tools to ensure optimal browser performance.
Technical Issues
My PDF failed to convert. Why?
This can happen if the file is password protected or corrupted. Please check if your file opens correctly in a PDF viewer first, and ensure it isn't locked.
